1. What condition are your records in?
All our vinyl records are carefully inspected and graded according to industry standards. We sell both brand new (sealed) and gently used records. Each listing will clearly state the condition.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also contact us directly at menstone1.com@gmail.com for updates.
4. What if my record arrives damaged?
We package all records with care, but if anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Do you buy vinyl records?
Yes! We’re always looking to expand our collection. If you have records to sell, email us with a list and photos — we’ll get back to you with an offer.
6. Can I request a specific record?
Absolutely! We take special requests and will try to source the vinyl you're looking for. Just drop us a message.
7. Are your prices negotiable?
